February 7, 2009 Innoventions and Journey Into Imagination With Figment have been added to the Epcot area of the Transporter section. Two new articles have been added to the homepage, one discussing the results of the It's a Small World refurbishment at Disneyland and the other describing Disney Channel's new show, Sonny With a Chance, and Disney's newst television station, Disney XD, which will replace Disney's cartoon station, Toon Disney. January 29, 2009 Two new interesting articles were added to the homepage today. One article focuses on Disney's attempt to decrease the effects of global warming by using biodiesel fuels in its steam engines, while the other article discusses a unique Disney-sponsored program, Disney College, allowing college students to experience life as a Disney castmember firsthand, while getting paid too. January 4, 2009 The Transporter page has been completely reconstructed, featuring detailed information on Disney's newest marketing campaign, What Will You Celebrate?, as well as additional photos of the Disney parks around the world. January 1, 2009 The Lost television page in the Entertainment section has received an overhaul, now sporting Season 5 cast promotional photos as well as sneak peaks at the first few episodes of the new season. Many new refurbishments and closures were added to Tokyo Disneyland Resort under the Calendar on the homepage. Honey, I Shrunk the Audience was added to Epcot in the Transporter section. September 17, 2008 After months of behind the scenes work, version 7 of Disney Reporter is finally online. What better way to celebrate the new ABC television season and Disney Parks ad campaign than with a new site design! Version 7 features an enhanced navigation system with drop-down menus, new color scheme, flash banner, news ticker, and the inclusion of iframes. Our new iframes are not only more visually pleasing. They server an added purpose too! The iframes give you the added convenience of no longer having to constantly scroll your browser's window up and down, saving you time and frustration. With over three hundred pages of content in Disney Reporter's directory, it takes a lot of work to update each of the pages during a design change. As a result, not all of the pages have been converted to the new version and some links may be offline.
